About: Lander Willem is Assistant Professor at the University of Antwerp, specialising in data-driven health economic evaluations of prevention and care strategies in healthcare organisations and public health campaigns. His research spans infectious disease management, multimorbidity, primary care, and nursing team organisation. He contributed to governmental reports on the cost-effectiveness and budget impact of prevention strategies for influenza, pneumococcus, and RSV. He is principal investigator on projects focused on model-based public health decision-making and work package leader in multi-centric clinical trials.
