About: Carl is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina, in the Atlantic Coast Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics and Analytics (ACCIDDA) focusing on tools development. He is also affiliated with SACEMA. He was a Faculty Observer at MMED 2015, joined the Workshop Faculty in 2016, and subsequently served as MMED Director. He has also developed and run the SEAMS Workshop since inception.
