About: Lauren Brown is a Junior Researcher at SACEMA. She holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics, focusing on the impact of interventions to reduce TB burden in South Africa through mathematical modelling and has previously worked on polio transmission modelling in Southern Africa. Lauren is also a PhD candidate, working on developing a mathematical model of paediatric TB in South Africa at SACEMA.
